Stucco Remediation

Dan & Susan - Malvern, PA. Dan and Susan had water leaking in around their window areas ever since they moved into their brand new home. Their Custom Builder attempted to fix the problem by replacing the stucco (numerous times) as well as the windows but the problem was never fully resolved. They finally turned to Ai Restoration to remediate their home. After removing all of the stucco and stone from the home, Ai properly reset the windows with the proper flashing incorporated into our water management system. After the water management system was put into place, Ai installed new cement board siding, new stone and completed some stucco work.
